Privacy policy

1. General provisions:

1.1.This privacy policy regulates the basic procedure and principles of personal data collection, use, processing and storage of the www.audma.lt electronic store, managed by the individual company "AUDMA" (hereinafter referred to as the "Store") and the customer of the store (hereinafter referred to as the "Customer").

1.2. The collection, use, processing and storage of the customer's personal data is determined by this privacy policy, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other valid legal acts.

1.3. By specifying his personal data in the store, the customer agrees that the store will manage and process them for the purposes, means and procedure provided for in this privacy policy and the legal acts in force in the Republic of Lithuania.

1.4. For persons under 18 years of age, goods are not sold in the Store, except in cases where the consent of parents or guardians is obtained.

2. Collection, use, processing and storage of the customer's personal data.

2.1. The Customer's personal data is collected only for the purpose of accurately fulfilling the Customer's orders, timely and accurate delivery of the goods ordered by the Customer.

2.2 The Customer's personal data collected in the store are provided to third parties only for the purpose of delivering goods.

2.3 VAT invoices are issued to customers who have purchased goods in the store, which contain the necessary personal data of the customer, are stored and declared in accordance with the law.

2.4 The customer's personal data is stored no longer than required by the established purposes of data processing.

2.5 Store employees or persons hired for one-time service work of the Store and working with the customer's personal data are familiarized with the methods of protecting the customer's personal data and this Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies

3.1. In order to offer full-fledged services, we save cookies on the Customer's computer, phone or other device used. The recorded information is used to identify the Customer as a previous store visitor.

3.2. Cookies are collected in order to know the store's attendance statistics.

3.3. The Client can manage and/or delete cookies at his discretion. Acceptance, rejection, removal and other functions of cookies can be set in the browser settings.

4. Changes and Final Provisions to the Privacy Policy
4.1 The store has the right to partially or completely change the rules of the Privacy Policy by announcing it on the www.audma.lt website. The Customer's continued use of the Store's services means compliance with these rules. All disagreements and disputes are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, disputes are resolved according to the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
